Wherever the story is.
JAS Productions is a video production company first. But international production can require considerably more than a camera crew — and we plan for all of it.
The further production takes you from the familiar, the more everything around the camera matters.
Depending on the location and the assignment, successful execution can involve local logistics, transportation, personnel coordination, secure movement, location access, advance information gathering and situational awareness. Our experience includes real-world work in foreign environments where these considerations were an integral part of accomplishing the production — not separate services added around it.
Advance work
Location scouting, access, permitting and information gathering before a crew ever boards a plane.
Local logistics
Transportation, equipment movement, accommodations and local crew — coordinated in unfamiliar systems, not familiar ones.
Personnel & movement
The right people on the ground, secure and deliberate movement, and a clear picture of the environment at all times.
Problem solving
Plans change in the field. Experience abroad means adapting on the ground without losing the day — or the story.

We don't just send a crew. We understand how to operate when the location itself becomes part of the production challenge.
